These terms and conditions apply to all passengers and customers using Dalmar City Bus services, including bus trips, parcel shipments, and related services.
Passengers must purchase tickets before travel. Tickets are valid only for the selected departure date and route. Boarding is subject to availability and presentation of a valid ticket.
Canceling the ticket at least 6 hours before the departure time will result in a 10% refund fee. Canceling after that or on the day of departure will result in a 50% refund fee. Refunds are processed after the applicable fee is deducted.
Dalmar City Bus will not ship or deliver dangerous or illegal items, including weapons, explosives, illegal substances, pets, live animals, or other prohibited goods. Parcels that violate these restrictions may be refused or returned.
Dalmar City Bus is committed to providing safe and reliable transportation and parcel services. However, the company is not liable for events outside its control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, accidents, civil unrest, or other force majeure circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and notify customers if issues arise.
